Hi! It's SHINee's Key. Today with this point of time having summer nearing, I found a topic which everyone will like and is also curious about. and that is DIET! To those who are using a tough method to lose weight in a short period of time, I will let you know the menu to keep yourself healthy and also be able to eat delicious food while losing weight.
Firstly the first thing is to you keep carbohydrates far! But with that, because by not eating carbohydrates at all our body will not have energy, we will still have to keep the intake at its very least. Secondly is to keep sugar far. This ... no special explanation required because everybody should know right? It's okay to take in Salt or Pepper.
The things to follow for every meal basically is very simple. Protein(Meat, Seafood, etc) 100-150g + A handful of Vegetables + A little fruits + A little from the Nut variety, you can just eat your 3 meals this way. Depends on the situation, you can also eat the fruits and the nut variety separately, or you can eat them with salad. So shall we try making it once ourselves?

Ta-da! Matching the time like this and arrived home. The fellas I chose? Chicken tender, Vegetable sprouts, Egg Potato Salad, and Salad pack!
Prepare the chicken tenders first. around 100-150g is enough.
Shall we try seasoning using Basil, Salt, Turmeric?

Wash the vegetables and place a small handful of them onto a plate.
And, shall we add some apples?
Amount of not even half of it will be enough.
Lay out the apples on top of the prepared vegetable and after putting the ordered potato salad on top a little , by putting the vegetable sprouts too the preparation is nearly done!
Okay, going back to the chicken tenders!
Fry the well-seasoned tenders on a pan.
Fry it till its turns golden brown will do.
Wah...

On the well-fried chicken tenders, once putting on the nuts it's finally done!
Even though I am the kind to just eat it this way after I am done with it without any special dressing, if there's anyone that really really hates the vegetable taste, putting balsamic crema its fine too!
How was it? This way, it's possible to diet without any difficulties and healthily right?
It's such a pity that its already time to end, I shall share the 'yogurt smoothie recipe' I enjoyed this morning.
Avocado is only delicious when it's well-riped. On the left is the yet ripe one and the right one is the well riped one.
Only eat the delicious avocado after leaving it at room temperature after around one or two days!

Chop the avocado seed using a knife.
Careful your hand~
And by turning the knife by a round, Sok! remove the seed.
Put the well-chopped avocado into the blender
Put 3~4 tablespoonful of Greek yogurt will do.
Here put 3~4 big ice cubes and a spoon of honey!
After putting in all the ingredients and having it turn out well?
